Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of management consulting experience.
• English B2+ level.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases, requirements, and performance metrics.
• Document current-state and future-state processes.
• Support market entry, profitability, and growth strategy studies.
• Develop action plans and implementation support materials.
• Create reports, training materials, and project updates.
• Present recommendations and help drive performance improvement initiatives.
