Gallagher is seeking a Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our Internal Consulting team in Medellín. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze problems, develop practical solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation.

• English B2+.
• 2–3 years of management consulting experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to balance financial and non-financial considerations.
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
