Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of management consulting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Fluency in English (B2+) and a collaborative mindset are essential to drive impactful results.

In this role, you will work with senior leaders and operational teams to analyze problems, develop solutions, and support improvements from planning through implementation.

• Ability to work independently with limited guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders
• Sound business judgment and the ability to balance financial and non-financial considerations
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is preferred
