Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to turn strategy into scalable execution. You will partner with the Head of Marketing to drive measurable growth, owning campaign planning, analytics, and systems.

You will build dashboards in Tableau, maintain HubSpot reporting, and apply GA4 attribution to guide decisions. A 3–5 year track record in marketing operations and strong English skills are required.

Formación

• 3-5 years in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or cross-functional marketing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Advanced HubSpot experience with reporting and dashboards.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in Tableau or BI tools.
• Strong understanding of GA4, attribution, and UTM tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Head of Marketing to translate strategy into execution plans.
• Own campaign planning, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and executive reporting.
• Analyze trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Maintain attribution standards and UTM governance.
• Support HubSpot setup, reporting, and QA before launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution and partner programs.
