Wesco seeks a Manager - Category Management to lead category strategy, supplier development, and growth initiatives in the Utilities market. You will coordinate with Sales and Marketing to optimize product assortments, onboard new products, and manage preferred supplier relationships.

With a background in electrical distribution, you will drive profitability, strategic programs, and industry partnerships while ensuring alignment across business units and field operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field; master's preferred.
• 5 years experience in sales, marketing, product management.
• 2 years people or product category management experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution market.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel; PowerPoint; Access familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design category strategy to position brands within the portfolio.
• Manage pricing, rebates, and supplier programs.
• Serve as the link between sales teams and manufacturers.
• Own brand profitability and growth of assigned lines.
• Maintain price lists, forecasts and other business tools.
• Define and monitor inventory for launches and growth plans.
• Provide technical support and supplier development initiatives.
