CSS in Bogotá is seeking a Manager - Category Management to lead category strategy and supplier growth initiatives within the Utilities sector. You will steer product assortment, onboarding of new products, and drive profitability across assigned lines, coordinating with Sales and Marketing to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing manufacturer relationships, pricing programs, and field technical support.

Formación

• 5 years experience in sales, marketing, or product management
• 5 years of success maintaining and developing key relationships
• 2 years people management and/or product category management experience
• Previous experience in electrical distribution market
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Familiarity with technical specifications, bids, and electrical infrastructure projects

Responsabilidades

• Design category strategy and programs to position brands within the portfolio
• Manage pricing, project registrations, rebates, and marketing funds with manufacturers
• Serve as liaison between sales teams and manufacturers to align strategies
• Own brand profitability and growth for assigned lines
• Keep price lists, databases, and forecasts up to date
• Define and monitor inventory levels for launches and growth projects
• Provide field technical support and validate solutions at sites and substations
• Identify and onboard new manufacturers and suppliers with favorable terms
