Colgate-Palmolive Company in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, is seeking a Social & Content Manager to lead the local strategy for social media and owned digital content ecosystems within the Integrated Brand Experience team.

You will amplify native campaigns, enforce guardrails, govern influencer programs, manage content lifecycles and the tech stack, and collaborate with dental professionals as KOLs across TikTok and Instagram.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in social media management, integrated media planning, digital content execution, or creative agency leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven track record designing native content across Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Hands-on with social listening, influencer mapping, and content analytics tools.
