The Ricky Joy Company in Cali, Colombia, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce initiatives. You will research trends, create content, manage media assets, and back campaigns across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Shopify.

You will help strengthen the brand online through creative ideas, AI tools, and organized execution, contributing to consumer engagement and business growth while coordinating with the Marketing team.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with social media management, digital content creation, or branding projects is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create social media copy and captions using AI tools.
• Research hashtags aligned with campaign objectives.
• Design basic marketing materials using Canva and similar tools.
• Adapt content into posts, stories, carousels, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Schedule content per editorial calendar.
• Support community management by replying to comments and messages.
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and tone.
