Colgate-Palmolive in Colombia is hiring a Social & Content Specialist-Andina to lead local social media strategy, optimize native content ecosystems, and drive reach, engagement, and conversion within the Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team.

Responsibilities include native campaign amplification, guardrail enforcement, influencer governance, content lifecycle management with assets taxonomy and core Content Tech Stack like CreativeX and DAM.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive experience in social media management, integrated media planning, digital content execution, or creative agency leadership.
• English advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Native Campaign Amplification: ensure social-first approach and manage external creative and influencer agencies.
• Campaign Guardrail Enforcement: screen platform-specific hooks and testing models to align with brand objectives.
• Influencer Agency Governance: oversee contracts, metrics, and deliverables of influencer programs.
• Content Lifecycle & Tech Stack Operations: manage digital assets, metadata governance, and core Content Tech Stack (CreativeX, DAM).
• Multimodal Asset Structuring: direct production teams to index multimodal strings.
• Professional Brand Ambassadorship Integration: partner with local marketing teams to activate Dental professionals as Key Opinion Leaders on social channels.
• Performance Analysis: monitor social listening and analytics to extract actionable insights.
