Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to own strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest. You will manage ecommerce accounts with substantial monthly spend and own testing, audience architecture, and attribution decisions.

You will work directly with founders and senior stakeholders, delivering insights and recommendations that go beyond platform ROAS to drive incremental business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid social experience, ecommerce accounts.
• Experience managing $250K+ monthly ad spend.
• Expert-level Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Knowledge of Advantage+ Sales Campaigns, CBO/ABO, cost caps, and catalog advertising.
• Ability to audit accounts and present recommendations to founders.

Responsibilities

• Audit new accounts and present findings on structure, attribution, audiences, placements, and demographics.
• Build account structures to consolidate signal and avoid fragmentation.
• Own hands-on campaign management and optimization across paid social platforms.
• Expand budgets into TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest when data supports it.
• Translate testing results into actionable budget and future experimentation recommendations.
• Report on business outcomes, not just platform ROAS, using raw data analyses.
