BairesDev is hiring a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations) to configure, optimize, and maintain HRIS solutions focused on compensation, core HR, and talent management. You will be a key technical resource ensuring the HR ecosystem aligns with business needs and reporting requirements.

The role emphasizes Workday HCM expertise, advanced reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote work and USD compensation are available, with flexible hours and full-time commitment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or in a related role.
• Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management and Workday Report Writer.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and manage Workday Compensation and Core HR modules to align with corporate plans.
• Implement and support Workday Talent Management processes, ensuring system capabilities are fully leveraged.
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, system monitoring, and troubleshooting of configuration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical system designs.
