Charger logistics Inc is expanding its HR team and seeking a compensation-focused professional to support base and variable pay programs across multiple locations. The role includes coaching during Performance Management, merit data analysis, and administration of pay-for-performance policies.

Applicants should have 2+ years in HR, mandatory Workday knowledge, and strong data analysis skills. This remote, full-time position offers collaboration with stakeholders and confidentiality in handling

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Mandatory Workday knowledge.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Workday integration experience (preferred).
• Experience with incentive programs is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Remote job.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and administration of base and variable compensation programs across locations.
• Improve effectiveness of compensation policies, procedures and practices.
• Provide coaching through annual Performance Management and KPI/goal setting.
• Analyze annual merit increase data and alignment with policies.
• Manage execution and administration of compensation policies including pay for performance and incentives.
• Manage day-to-day compensation activities: benchmarking, salary bands, bonus agreements, surveys, job evaluation, market analysis.
• Deliver analytical insights on internal compensation to inform business decisions.
• Provide advice on performance management issues and address gaps with stakeholders.
• Coach managers on performance management and continuous feedback.
• Support development solutions aligned with HR strategies.
