BairesDev is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials, aligning business needs with robust configurations.

Candidates should have 4+ years in Workday, strong data integrations with Workday Studio and EIBs, advanced English, and enjoy a fully remote role with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and functional configuration of Workday HCM and Financial modules.
• Design and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Create sophisticated data models using Calculated Fields to support advanced reporting and business logic.
• Manage and refine the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance across the platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
• Oversee data management activities, including migrations and high-volume updates, to maintain system accuracy.

Workday HCM Consultant at BairesDev

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will act as a specialist in the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials. You will align business processes with technical solutions, ensuring that organizational requirements are translated into robust configurations within the Workday ecosystem.
