Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a remote HR compensation specialist to support development and administration of compensation programs across locations. You will coach through performance management, analyze merit data, and ensure alignment with corporate policies.

Requirements include 2+ years in HR, strong data analytics, and proficiency with Workday. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support in developing and administering base and variable compensation programs for multiple locations.
• Provide ongoing coaching through Performance Management and KPI/goal setting.
• Recommend and implement development solutions aligned with HR strategies and objectives.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and analyzing annual merit increase data and salary matrices.
• Manage the execution and administration of compensation policies including pay for performance and incentives.
• Handle day-to-day compensation activities: benchmarking, salary bands, bonus agreements, surveys, job evaluation, market analysis.
• Deliver analytical analysis on internal compensation to inform business decisions.
• Advise and coach on performance management issues and address gaps with stakeholders.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance and feedback processes.
