Job summary
Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
Your expertise with Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active will help optimize supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active.
- Strong SQL, API integration, and Agile methods.
- Bachelor's degree required; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.
Responsibilities
- Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
