Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active WMS will help optimize our supply chain execution and shape our enterprise software footprint for a global client base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and system integration standards.
• Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate to epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and architecture.
