Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You’ll shape our enterprise software footprint and partner with ERP/TMS systems. You will own the backlog, drive API/EDI integrations, and lead end-to-end testing while serving as the SME for WMS configurations and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain Management; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
