Iron Mountain in Mexico seeks a Technical Product Owner for WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams, translating logistics needs into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active solutions. You will own the backlog and guide API integrations with ERP/TMS, ensuring robust end-to-end testing and arterial workflow integrity.

As a SME for WMS configurations and architecture, you will collaborate across teams in a flexible, hybrid environment to optimize supply chain execution and enterprise software

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, triage issues, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• CS/IT/SCM degree or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
