Formación

• 5+ years configuring or operating complex corporate systems.
• Experience using AI for productivity (Copilot, Windsurf).
• Hands-on virtualization: VMware ESX, Hyper-V, Windows Server.
• Linux admin basics: bash, networks, firewall, logs.
• Endpoint security (EDR) for devices.
• English and Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical account management and project delivery.
• Participate in services pre-sale processes.
• Develop updated knowledge bases and hands-on product experience.
• Build relationships with customers' IT/Operations teams.
• Advise on backups, business continuity, and roadmaps.
• Escalate and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Lead deployment/configuration of Acronis products for MSP/enterprise.
• Deliver technical trainings and create user guides.
• Prepare executive summaries and post-deployment feedback.
