Acronis International GmbH in Colombia seeks a Sales Solutions Engineer to support the Sales Team with technical pre-sales and post-sales activities that advance the full sales cycle. You will demo products, articulate solutions for MSPs, partners, and end customers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and travel internationally as needed.

This role focuses on cyber protection and AI-powered data management, requiring clear communication and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Formación

4–5 years in a relevant role.
Experience with cloud-based collaboration apps (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Background in backup, DR, storage or security solutions.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with sales teams to articulate solutions for service providers, partners, and end customers.
Conduct demos and pitch products throughout the sales cycle as a technology expert.
Coordinate activities with customers, partners and internal teams to drive pre- and post-sales efforts.
Analyze business requirements, market strategies and policies related to data protection.
Facilitate customer evaluations and proofs of concept for Acronis solutions.
Troubleshoot technically and secure wins during pre-sales.
