Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer to lead analytics pre-sales across LATAM. You will leverage Tableau, CRM Analytics, and BI tools to translate business needs into technical demonstrations and trusted solutions.

You will partner with Account Executives, build compelling demos, and drive data-driven decisions while traveling to engage with customers and showcase platform value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or analytics roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
• Hands-on Tableau, CRM Analytics or similar BI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical sales cycle for Analytics from discovery to demos.
• Demo how Tableau and CRM Analytics deliver business value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define data-driven solutions.
• Create customized demos and proofs of concept for LATAM customers.
• Position Analytics within the Salesforce portfolio through webinars and exec briefings.
• Share customer feedback with Product and GTM teams.
• Travel as needed to engage with customers across LATAM.
