Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Bogotá is seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer to drive pre-sales for Tableau and CRM Analytics across LATAM. You’ll translate business needs into technical demos and prototypes.

Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver customized demos, build semantic models, and show analytics interoperability across Tableau Cloud, Server, Tableau Next, and CRM Analytics. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or analytics roles.
• Proficient in Tableau, CRM Analytics, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with data modeling and semantic layers.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics pre-sales, discovery, and demos for LATAM customers.
• Build and deliver customized Tableau/CRM Analytics demos and semantic models.
• Demonstrate data interoperability across Tableau Cloud/Server/Next and CRM Analytics.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to position Analytics in Salesforce.
• Run workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions.
