Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer to be the subject matter expert for Tableau and related BI tools across LATAM. You will partner with Account Executives to run discovery sessions, build data-driven demos, and demonstrate how semantic models and analytics interoperability deliver business value.

The role requires 3+ years in presales or analytics, strong communication in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or analytics roles with a Bachelor's degree
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, CRM Analytics, or similar BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and building visualizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to diverse audiences
• Languages: English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Support the technical sales cycle for Analytics from discovery to demos and workshops
• Demonstrate how Tableau and BI tools turn data into business value
• Create customized demos showing semantic models and analytics interoperability
• Collaborate with Account Executives and engineers to position Analytics in Salesforce portfolio
• Travel as needed
