Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Lead, TA & PX Systems Administration to own and optimize the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including Ashby as ATS/CRM, and other recruiting tech. You will partner with People Technology to build a scalable roadmap and later lead a TA and PX systems team.

The role starts hands-on, then evolves into a player-coach, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to design durable system configurations and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Ashby administration with configurations and reporting.
• 8+ years administering recruiting/HR tech, incl. ATS/TA stack.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience shaping TA/HR tech roadmaps and renewals.
• Hands-on builder with mentoring and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the TA and HR technology roadmap with People Technology leadership.
• Support the full TA tech ecosystem: ATS, CRM, sourcing, scheduling, assessments, and related tools.
• Administer Ashby: approvals, requisitions, pipelines, scorecards, reporting objects.
• Support third-party HR tech: Lattice, Pave, Compa, Carta—config, integrations, upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and contracts with Finance, Legal, Security.
• Define integration architecture across TA and PX stack including UKG and O365.
• Translate requirements into clear design, document workflows and data models.
• Establish data governance: PII, roles, retention, naming conventions.
• Lead release management and UAT with traceable docs.
• Keep TA and PX data pipelines reliable for executive reporting.
• Monitor market for new capabilities and advise on buy/hold decisions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and recordkeeping (EEO, OFCCP, GDPR).
• As growth occurs, grow the team and stay hands-on in configuration.
