You will collaborate across business units to clarify needs, quantify impact, build simple business cases, and track ROI against baselines post-deployment. The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling for senior audiences.

Qualifications

• 12 years of analytically heavy consulting, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong fluency with modern AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise tools.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into data-informed recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/BI and metrics.
• Ability to craft narratives and business cases from data.
• Experience cross-functionally on technology-enabled change.
• Excellent written communication for senior non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Unpack ambiguous asks into clear problem statements and testable success criteria.
• Map workflows, identify pain points, quantify impact of AI solutions.
• Define use-case scope, build simple business cases comparing options.
• Conduct market research, compare vendor options on capabilities, cost, risk.
• Establish pre-deployment baselines and design metrics/dashboards to track value.
• Draft business case documents, evaluation summaries, and ROI updates for senior leaders.
• Monitor usage data and compare against baselines to identify successes or gaps.
• Use feedback to guide training and adoption strategies.
