TP is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead end-to-end architectural decisions across products, platforms, and AI-enabled solutions. The role interfaces with Product, Software Engineering, Data/AI, DevOps, QA, and Cybersecurity to ensure scalable, observable, and secure enterprise-grade software.

You will define patterns, guide high-risk decisions, and mentor teams while driving modernization and platform reusability across TP.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years in software architecture, technical leadership, or equivalent responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience taking systems from design through production and operational evolution.
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and highly available distributed systems.
• Recent hands-on experience in at least one enterprise stack: .NET/C#, Java/Kotlin, TypeScript/Node.js, or Python.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into production applications, including quality and operational controls.
• Education and languages: English C1 preferred; Spanish fluent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain end-to-end architecture of products, platforms, and apps.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into design decisions.
• Choose architectural approaches (modular monolith, microservices, serverless, etc.).
• Document decisions with ADRs, blueprints, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead design authority and approve architecture exceptions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on detailed component designs and risk resolution.
• Review code, APIs, contracts, domain models, and data strategies.
• Define cloud-native, hybrid, or multi-cloud patterns across AWS/Azure/GCP.
