Overview

The AI & Transformation Architect is a strategic leader responsible for envisioning and driving business transformation through the integration of artificial intelligence. This role involves designing and overseeing the implementation of AI solutions that align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation for competitive advantage. This is a strategic consulting role focused on leveraging AI technologies to redesign business processes and maximize organizational performance effectively and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategies that align with business objectives and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation. Work with operational teams to understand business vision and redesign business processes with AI integration.
• Architect and design scalable AI solutions, including data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
• Develop frameworks incorporating machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
• Assess AI technologies, platforms, and tools to determine the best options for organizational needs.
• Analyze build vs. buy decisions and explain tradeoffs.
• Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and IT systems. Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Consultants, data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven transformation. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
• Oversee data collection, processing, and utilization for AI systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and recommend innovative strategies to enhance competitive edge.
• Continuously assess and optimize AI system performance.
• Address complex challenges related to AI system scalability, performance, and integration.
• Troubleshoot issues during development and deployment.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, transparency, fairness, and privacy.
• Lead teams to design and implement new technology architectures. Manage AI projects from inception to completion, including timelines and stakeholder management.
• Identify and address risks in AI adoption, such as privacy and compliance.
• Manage stakeholders, understand their stake in the outcome, and ensure successful adoption of the architecture. Develop relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Master's in computer science, AI, or related field preferred; bachelor's with significant experience may be considered.
• Extensive experience in languages like Python, R, or Java20.
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and AI techniques. Practical experience in designing AI applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services
• Familiarity with big data processing tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Ability to design scalable and secure AI systems and understand system integration.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
• Extensive skills, knowledge, and experience are needed, often more than ten years..
• Strong technical foundation in AI, ML, programming, data science, cloud computing, and system design. In-depth knowledge of data processing, deployment, and production
