Job summary

Monster Energy in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to ignite bold, insight-driven marketing strategies that fuel growth, strengthen bottler partnerships, and drive winning results at retail. You will lead development of annual marketing plans and disruptive, customer-specific campaigns across Sales, eCommerce, Brand Marketing, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in shopper/retail marketing with B2B/B2C experience.
• Experience leading omnichannel campaigns and eCommerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead shopper marketing campaigns and develop annual plans with Sales and Brand teams.
• Build customized activations and campaigns for key accounts and retailers.
• Ensure branding and logo usage alignment at POS and digital channels.
• Drive data-driven insights to optimize ROI and program performance.
