Power Digital Marketing in Colombia seeks a senior marketing lead to manage a portfolio of lifestyle clients. You will act as the primary strategic partner, guiding cross-channel marketing, measurement, and growth initiatives to meet business objectives.

You will coordinate with PMs and internal teams, translating data into actionable insights while maintaining strong client trust. This role requires 4-7 years in lifestyle or high-AOV marketing, excellent communication, and comfort with longer

• 4-7 years in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing
• Experience managing client relationships day-to-day
• Understanding of full-funnel strategy and measurement gaps
• Experience guiding clients through longer marketing cycles
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of 4-6 lifestyle accounts; primary strategic partner
• Guide clients through full-funnel strategy and attribution considerations
• Lead weekly client calls and coordinate with PMs
• Translate roadmap outputs into weekly priorities for accounts
• Ensure campaigns drive business objectives and growth
• Collaborate with paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams
• Support retention strategies and lifecycle performance
• Build strong client relationships and aim for high retention
• Use data to surface issues before clients raise them
• Contribute to quarterly strategy and renewal conversations
