Colgate-Palmolive, Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Shopper Development Manager to shape strategic direction and drive omnichannel growth across key customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, turn data into insights, and champion innovative shopper experiences, applying our CD EDGE strategy and 7P framework.

The role requires at least 5 years of progressive commercial experience, leadership in cross-functional projects, and fluent English.

Formación

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive commercial experience (Sales, Retail Marketing, In-Store, or E-commerce) with a track record of driving outstanding business results.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional projects or direct teams.
• Exceptional analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data tools (e.g., Google Suite) to drive strategic decisions.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Omnichannel Growth: Translate commercial strategies into innovative shopper programs across all channels.
• Lead the deployment of the CD EDGE strategy and ensure flawless execution of Omni Demand Generation Plans.
