Job summary

You will leverage analytics and AI tools to optimize GTN, OG, and net sales, collaborating with Marketing, Retail Marketing, Demand Planning, and Sales to win the omni-shopper.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive commercial experience (Sales, Retail Marketing, In-Store, or E-commerce).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional projects or direct teams.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Omnichannel Growth: Translate commercial strategies into shopper programs across channels and deploy CD EDGE.
• Champion Commercial Excellence: Co-lead the 7P strategy and align with OG, GTN targets, and Net Sales goals.
• Lead Strategic & Analytical Governance: Conduct deep-dive analysis of the 7Ps to uncover growth drivers and root causes.
• Optimize GTN Investments: Manage GTN budgets with an ROI mindset and ensure compliant resource allocation.
• Foster Strategic Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external retail partners and internal teams.
