DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Tech Lead to lead enterprise ServiceNow transformations in LATAM. You will guide delivery teams, design end-to-end solutions, and drive integration efforts across ITSM and ITOM with Observability focus.

The role requires hands-on development, stakeholder collaboration, and strong leadership in multicultural LATAM settings. Based in Colombia or Chile preferred; in-person collaboration with flexibility.

Formación

• 5–7+ years IT experience with ServiceNow consulting and delivery.
• Strong experience leading technical implementation and support teams.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and scripting across ITSM/ITOM modules.
• Experience with integrations, portals, CMDB and workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams for ServiceNow implementations and support.
• Provide guidance, governance, and mentorship throughout projects.
• Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and architecture.
• Develop integrations (REST/SOAP) and customize ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
