Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to help clients optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate transformation using ServiceNow and best practices. You will collaborate with delivery teams, process owners, and business development to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will lead assessments, document requirements, and craft roadmaps that promote continuous improvement across industries while supporting pre-sales activities and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or process transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Business Process for Implementation certification.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification.
• Experience gathering requirements, leading stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong understanding of process design, process governance, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process assessment, design, and optimization initiatives for clients across diverse industries.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to support solution design and implementation.
• Develop process maturity roadmaps and recommendations that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, demos, and advisory sessions to align business objectives with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.
