Formación

• 4+ years in ServiceNow Administration, ITSM, or Software Engineering.
• Expertise in ServiceNow customization: workflows and business rules.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Hands-on ITSM/ITOM module experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform across environments.
• Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
• Manage platform security with ACLs, roles, and group permissions.
• Oversee CMDB integrity and core data for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and release management.
• Provide advanced technical support for incidents related to catalogs, integrations, and performance.
