Publicis Global Delivery is seeking aSenior Search Analyst to support global clients by running and optimizing search campaigns, guiding team members, and ensuring QA, reporting, and billing accuracy. You will identify opportunities, provide optimization guidance, and contribute to campaign lifecycle improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, grow professionally within a large agency network, and help deliver outstanding work for prominent clients worldwide.

Formación

• Advanced expertise in two or more search platforms (Google, Bing, SA360).
• Strong communication and results-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in digital branding or performance campaigns.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Teamwork and client orientation to help the team grow.
• Experience with bulk edits.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Data Studio, Power BI and Datorama.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Smartly, Sprinklr, 4C Insights.

Responsabilidades

• Handling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimization.
• Proactively identify client's growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens.
• Assist in Search and Digital Media training sessions.
• Oversee the development, the rollout, and the adherence to search media best practices.
• Develop, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD, while working on your daily tasks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
• Provide the clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives.
• Research keywords and forecast search volumes, cost rates & engagement rates for upcoming plans, planning product launches and campaigns.
• Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
• Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle
