Kaseya Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to drive cross-functional collaboration in our agile development team. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team on agile best practices, and liaise with product owners, stakeholders, and management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Formación
- 7+ years as a Scrum Master in professional software delivery environments.
- Experience designing and executing process improvements with measurable results.
- Deep fluency in Agile and Scrum principles; pragmatic application.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute program plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Define scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team.
- Track velocity, sprint goals, and progress using metrics.
- Remove impediments and blockers to enable delivery.
- Coordinate resources to ensure project success.
- Foster cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.
