Kaseya is seeking a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to join our agile development team in a high-impact role. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, and connect product owners with stakeholders to deliver quality software on schedule.

You will mentor teams in self-organization, manage risks, and optimize velocity and delivery flows across multiple projects.

Formación

7+ years of Scrum Master experience in software delivery.
Demonstrated ability to implement and scale Agile processes with measurable results.
Fluent in Agile and Scrum principles with pragmatic application.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
Manage Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team.
Track progress, velocity, and sprint goals with appropriate metrics.
Remove impediments and blockers to improve team performance.
Coordinate resources to ensure project success and timely delivery.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
Coach teams on self-organization and cross-functionality.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
Oversee deliverable quality to meet standards and requirements.
Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
