GSG-GESTIÓN DE SERVICIOS GLOBALES S.A.S. seeks a Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple teams, coaching stakeholders and driving data-driven value.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with developers and QA, and ongoing process improvements in a dynamic financial services environment. Qualifications include a CS/data-related degree, Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM II+), and experience with Jira/Confluence and DevOps tools, plus knowledge of SAFe or LeSS frameworks.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agile roles, including at least 2 in team leadership.
• Proven track record delivering data products or solutions in banking or financial services with regulatory knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and data engineering workflows (ETL, data pipelines, cloud platforms).
• Experience leading organizational agile transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile methodologies across multiple teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
• Identify business requirements and translate them into project deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Track KPIs and create dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.
