Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide, coach, and support agile teams in delivering high-quality products. As a mid-level Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement across one or more scrum teams. You'll work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Remove team impediments and foster a productive and collaborative team environment
• Promote Agile best practices and help teams adhere to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
• Support teams in achieving high performance by identifying and addressing team dynamics and conflicts
• Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members and leading retrospectives
• Identify and address areas for process improvement and team efficiency
• Assist in Agile adoption across the organization and contribute to the Scrum Master community of practice

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts

Preferred

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar certification
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools
• Exposure to scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle
