Qualifications include a CS/data-related degree, Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM II+), and experience with Jira/Confluence and DevOps tools, plus knowledge of SAFe or LeSS frameworks.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agile roles, including at least 2 in team leadership.
• Proven track record delivering data products or solutions in banking or financial services with regulatory knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and data engineering workflows (ETL, data pipelines, cloud platforms).
• Experience leading organizational agile transformation.

Purpose

Scrum Master serves as a strategic leader within the agile delivery area, facilitating the implementation of agile methodologies across multiple teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective value delivery. This role encompasses leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement responsibilities in complex environments with broad organizational impact.

Education / Experience / Other Information

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II or higher)
• Preferred: Certification in SAFe, LeSS or Disciplined Agile.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile roles, including at least 2 in team leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry, with knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience in organizational agile transformation.

Skills

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application to data engineering projects.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.
• Knowledge of agile metrics and data visualization.

Preferred

• Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC, Agile Coach).
• Experience in agile portfolio management
• Knowledge of OKRs and value-based management.

Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment, with standard hours.
