Kaseya is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Execution Monitoring, to serve as the operational nerve center for go-to-market execution health. You will monitor pipeline performance, SLA adherence, and adoption trends, translating data into leadership-ready insights.

You will partner with GTM Strategy, Reporting, BIS/Systems, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to define metrics, design dashboards, and drive continuous improvement across the revenue organization.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, data structures, pipeline reporting, and workflows.
• Advanced ability to analyze operational datasets and synthesize findings for senior leadership.
• Experience defining reporting requirements and operationalizing business needs.
• Experience monitoring SLA performance and adoption metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor pipeline health metrics: coverage, velocity, conversion, and stage progression.
• Track leading and lagging indicators to identify performance risk.
• Define and maintain reporting requirements for pipeline health views.
• Analyze data to identify anomalies, trends, and execution gaps with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data reliability and consistent interpretation across teams.
• Monitor SLA adherence, completion of activities, and process compliance.
• Provide quarterly summaries and leadership recommendations.
• Define adoption metrics and measure CRM workflow utilization and process adherence.
• Support GTM process rollouts with adoption baselines and post-launch tracking.
• Translate findings into actionable process improvements and enablement actions.
• Collaborate with GTM Strategy, Reporting, BIS/Systems, Enablement, and Territory Planning.
