Kaseya is seeking a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to join our agile development team in a high-impact role. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile practices, and connect product owners with stakeholders to deliver quality software on schedule.

You will mentor teams in self-organization, manage risks, and optimize velocity and delivery flows across multiple projects.

Formación

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience in software delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and scale Agile processes with measurable results.
• Fluent in Agile and Scrum principles with pragmatic application.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team.
• Track progress, velocity, and sprint goals with appropriate metrics.
• Remove impediments and blockers to improve team performance.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project success and timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coach teams on self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Oversee deliverable quality to meet standards and requirements.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to join our agile development team. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful project execution, and delivering high-quality software products on time. Your role will involve facilitating scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on agile best practices, and acting as a liaison between the team, product owner, stakeholders, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage all Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team.
• Track and communicate the team's progress, velocity, and sprint goals using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress and performance.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, ensuring a unified approach to program delivery.
• Coach the team on agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as necessary.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.
• Regularly communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master in professional software delivery environments, with a track record of measurable impact on velocity, quality, and team satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing process improvements that produced documented, sustained results - not one-sprint experiments.
• Deep fluency in Agile and Scrum principles; able to apply them pragmatically rather than dogmatically.
• Experience facilitating large-group sessions, cross-team workshops, and stakeholder-facing reviews with confidence and skill.
• Proficiency interpreting delivery metrics: velocity, defect rates, cycle time, throughput, flow efficiency, and team satisfaction indices.
• Proven ability to coach resistant or skeptical team members and stakeholders toward Agile adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to translate team dynamics and technical delivery into language that resonates at the executive level.

Nice to Have

• SAFe certification (SSM, RTE, or SA) and experience operating within a Solution Train or ART.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Align, Rally, or comparable ALM tooling.
• Background in software engineering, QA, or product management - practitioners who became Scrum Masters bring uncommon credibility.
• Facilitation certification (ICP-ATF, AF, or equivalent).
• Experience running Agile transformations or scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
