Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional Scrum Master certification.
• 5+ years in agile roles, with 2+ in team leadership.
• Experience delivering data products in financial services with regulatory awareness.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence and data engineering workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

Purpose

Scrum Master serves as a strategic leader within the agile delivery area, facilitating the implementation of agile methodologies across multiple teams and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective value delivery. This role encompasses leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement responsibilities in complex environments with broad organizational impact.

Accountability

Data Discovery

• Identify business requirements and translate them into project deliverables. This includes driving collaboration across stakeholders and delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Gather and interpret key metrics to define project scope and constraints. This includes driving collaboration across stakeholders and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Process Improvement

Education / Experience / Other Information

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II or higher)
• Preferred: Certification in SAFe, LeSS or Disciplined Agile.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile roles, including at least 2 in team leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry, with knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience in organizational agile transformation.

Skills

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities in high‑pressure environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application to data engineering projects.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data‑driven delivery.
• Knowledge of agile metrics and data visualization.

Preferred

• Knowledge of OKRs and value‑based management.

Working Conditions
