AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own high-scale post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will build modern solutions with Apex/LWC, enhance Service Cloud features, and support Aura/Visualforce components while working in US Central Time.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure reliable operations, incident ownership, and robust integrations, with an emphasis on performance and stability. Fluency in English is required for team coordination.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development roles.
• Strong development skills using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Omnichannel.
• Hands-on experience with production Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability in operational/incident ownership, monitoring, and incident management.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows within Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem.
• Collaborate across engineering streams including AI Case Summarization, bulk email/communications, omnichannel routing, and integrations.
• Triage alerts and monitor platform health KPIs; document findings in Confluence.
