AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own complex, high-scale post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. Working in US Central Time, this role is 100% remote, with the support of global teams.

You will build with Apex/LWC, enhance Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel and telephony), and balance innovation with stability by supporting Aura/Visualforce components while driving incident ownership and production readiness.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development roles.
• Proficient with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, integrations, and Omnichannel.
• Hands-on production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong ownership of operational incidents and monitoring.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows on Salesforce.
• Support Salesforce Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel and telephony.
• Collaborate across engineering workstreams and integrations.
• Triage critical alerts in the DFR role and document findings.
