AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for enterprise environments. You will implement Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management, and develop scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

You'll maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and build integrations with third‑party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including CTI and AppExchange integrations.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Proficient in Apex with triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Strong Lightning development with LWC; SOQL/SOSL expertise.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel functionality.
• REST-based integrations; Aura/Visualforce maintenance as needed.
• Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment and migration processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning, with LWC as the primary framework, and maintain Aura/Visualforce components.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and AppExchange integrations.
