AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to design and enhance Service Cloud solutions for an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will build scalable apps using Apex and Lightning Web Components, maintain Aura and Visualforce components, and integrate with third-party systems via REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

The role emphasizes hands-on CI/CD, deployment processes, and strong Service Cloud and LWC expertise, operating in a US Central Time context but with remote work

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development, with strong hands-on LWC experience. SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience building business solutions within Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.
• Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
• Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations.
