AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own complex, high-scale post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will build modern solutions with Apex/LWC, enhance Service Cloud features, and support Aura/Visualforce components, while working in US Central Time.

You will collaborate across multiple engineering workstreams, triage critical alerts, monitor platform health KPIs, and drive incident management with a focus on stability and innovation.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Omnichannel.
• Hands-on production Salesforce support and troubleshooting experience.
• Proven ability in operational/incident ownership and monitoring.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Support post-sales Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems for operational excellence.
• Collaborate across engineering streams including AI Case Summarization and omnichannel routing.
• Triage alerts, monitor KPIs, manage incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
