AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own high-scale post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will build modern solutions with Apex/LWC, enhance enterprise Service Cloud features, and support Aura/Visualforce components.
You will collaborate across multiple engineering workstreams, handle incident ownership, and help monitor platform health while maintaining focus on stability and innovation.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development roles.
- Strong development skills using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Omnichannel.
- Hands-on experience with production Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability in operational/incident ownership, monitoring, and incident management.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsabilidades
- Support the unified work architecture for post-sales support and operational excellence across Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems.
- Collaborate across active engineering workstreams including AI Case Summarization and omnichannel routing.
- Rotate into the DFR role to triage alerts, monitor KPIs, and document findings in Confluence.
