AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own high-scale post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will work in US Central Time, building modern Salesforce solutions with Apex and LWC, extending Service Cloud features, and maintaining Aura/Visualforce components.

Formación

• 4+ years Salesforce Development experience.
• Apex, LWC, and Flows proficiency.
• Service Cloud, Omnichannel expertise.
• Production Salesforce support and troubleshooting experience.
• Operational/incident ownership and monitoring.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-sales Salesforce platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems.
• Triage alerts, monitor KPIs, and document findings.
• Collaborate across multiple engineering workstreams and data integrations.
